We'd all wondered why did Sachin, a car enthusiast, sell off his Ferrari 360 Modena. However, he has soon found a surrogate for the Ferrari, a Nissan GTR 530. The cost of the GTR is approximately 70 lakh Indian Rupees. Sachin recently signed a contract with BMW and well soon see him behind the wheel of some enviable Beemers as well.
I have always been a BMW fan but the real association with it started when I was 14, Tendulkar said during a recent BMW launch. One of the first BMWs that I drove and owned was in 1993. My pockets were not so deep back then so I had to opt for a second-hand BMW and it was a joy to drive that car. The little master currently owns a BMW M5 and its SUV X5.
